Engine Oil and Filter Change

1. After warming up the engine safely situate the vehicle so that you can access the drain bolt and oil filter.
2. Remove the 4 10mm bolts that hold on the oil pan cover.
3. Place the drain pan beneath the oil pan and use the 14mm wrench or socket to remove the drain bolt and let drain.
4. Replace the drain bolt washer with a new one and tighten the drain bolt.
5. Remove the oil filter using the oil filter wrench. 
6. Add a small amount of oil to the new oil filter making sure to lubricate the filter oring.
7. Reinstall and tighten the oil filter being careful not to overtighten. 
8. Pour in the specified amount of oil and then start the engine to circulate, build oil pressure and then shut off.
9. Check engine oil level and add oil if necessary

Maintenance Required Reset

1. Use the arrows of the meter control switches and select Options on the multi-information display.
2. Use the arrows of the meter control switches and select “Vehicle Settings”. Then press "OK".
3. Use the arrows of the meter control switches and select “Scheduled Maintenance”. Then press "OK".
4. Select “Yes” and press "OK" .
