Who is Power Oil Center?

Power Oil Center provides quality products right to your door. We have the tools and resources you need to help you purchase the best products. Saving you both money and time, from the comfort of your home.

Does Power Oil Center have in-store pickup?

No. Power Oil Center is online only.

How do I create an account?

Click on the sign in on the top right of the homepage > Create Account > Follow steps.

What if I forget my password?

Scroll to the top of the home page and click on the “sign in” on the top right of the homepage > Click on Forgot your password > Follow steps.

I have a question; how can I get it answered?

You can go to the contact us page and send us a message, we will get back to you within 48 hours. OR you can call us at: (877) 793-9359.

What payment methods does Power Oil Center accept?

Power Oil Center accepts credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Where is my order confirmation email?

You should receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order at the email address entered during checkout or that is associated with your Power Oil Center account. If you can't find your order confirmation email be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please go to your account page to make sure your email address is correct, and does not include any typographic errors.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free ground delivery for any order over $25.

When will my order ship?

Any orders placed before 4pm EST will be shipped same day Monday-Saturday. Any orders shipped after 4pm EST or Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders placed on our website ship from our Macon, GA warehouse. Transit times for your order to arrive will depend on your location along with the shipping method chosen during checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by copying the tracking number and pasting it into a search engine like Google.

How do I return an item?

We are committed to your satisfaction with your Power Oil Center purchase, so if you need to return something visit our Return Policy page for how to return an item.

Does Power Oil Center pay for return shipping?

Power Oil Center is not responsible for paying return shipping or providing any pre-paid shipping labels. If you believe there is an error with your order on our end or the product arrived damaged, please contact us and we will investigate.

What is the difference between engine oil and motor oil?

There is no difference. Just like how both lawn and yard mean the same thing; both engine oil and motor oil are valid ways of talking about the oil that lubricates your engine. Here at Power Oil Center we refer to it as engine oil.
