Warranty and Returns
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
Requests for a warranty refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE if the part shows signs of being installed or mounted. Full refunds will only be provided if the product is in new condition, and all parts and mounting pieces are sent back in the original packaging.
Please contact us before you return an item. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include in your return.
PACKING AND SHIPPING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN:

2. Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or receipt
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box for identification.

Warranties: A one-year limited warranty applies to all items sold unless otherwise stated. Nth Gear warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of the defective items within the original warranty period.
Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OBTAINING A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.
A replacement part will only be sent out after the item has been returned to us and is tested and found to be defective.
Parts that are found to be in working order will not be eligible for a full refund. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any products returned that are in working order.
This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
SPECIFICALLY, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER WATER DAMAGE OR BROKEN HOUSINGS.
The warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, normal wear, and tear.
Limitation of Liability:
Nth Gear does not accept any liability beyond the original purchase price of the item.
